  • The ureter is an uncommon location for cancer metastases, the majority of which are due to nonurologic cancers such as stomach and breast.¹ Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) metastatic to the ureter has been reported infrequently. We report a case of metachronous metastatic RCC to the contralateral ureter.
